Old Faithful Inn

If I could transport my loved ones and myself to any one place in the world at this very moment, it would be to the Old Faithful Inn. So tranquil, quiet and peaceful, despite the crowds. I loved the time we spent there, and I look forward to when we'll get a chance to return.

If you've never been, do yourself the favor of spending an evening, whether you opt to spend the night or not.

It was very nice. I would/have recommended it to people, even though we didn't have our own bathroom.

I would love the peaceful part. I would love to just sit and admire beauty (which I never seem to do at home, only on vacay). But, I would HATE to share a bathroom. I'd have a very large problem with that. I don't even want to share my bathroom at home!

Hi Jared, I'm glad to find your blog! I went to Yosemite for the first time in June. It was awesome; we hope to go back in the winter. This was our first trip camping via plane. With my husband and daughter, we had 6 checked bags-- plenty for basic camping equipment (tent, bags, ...) It went so well that when we got home to NC, we went to REI and got maps/books for Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Denali... :)

Makes you want to go to every park, doesn't it? :)
